Milan, 21 November 2009. With the "Milan Paper", signed by all participants in the
World Regions Forum, the Regions’ G15 summit officially takes off, organised by
President of the Region of Lombardy at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan and which
concluded its work this morning with contributions from the Minister for Foreign
Affairs, Franco Frattini, and the Minister for Education, Mariastella Gelmini.
