Below you will find details on how personal data of users consulting this website are handled.
We are required to give this information under comma 13 of Italian law 196/2003 – Requisites for protecting personal data of users of online services.
This information applies exclusively to the Public Interest Services portal and not to any other web links accessed by users.
This information sheet is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the work group of European authorities for protection of personal data, set up according to comma 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001, to determine some minimum requirements when collecting personal data online. Whenever users choose, desire or decide to send emails to addresses on this site, the sender’s email address – and any other personal data container in the email - are obviously acquired, in order that a reply may be sent.

Apart from navigation data specified, the user is free to supply personal data on registration forms for the Portale Servizi di Pubblica Utilità (Public Interest Services portal), on requests for information or suggestions or comments to site editors or otherwise indicated during telephone contact with regional offices.

Proprietors of personal data have the right, at any time, to receive confirmation, or otherwise, of their data’s existence and to know the contents and origin. They may also verify that data are exact and ask to update, integrate or correct them (comma 7 of Italian law 196/2003).
Comma 7 also confirms the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data held illegally, as well as the right to contest, for legitimate reasons, the holding of data.
